Returns Policy

In addition to your right to cancleyou can return unwashed and unworn products (excluding personalised items) bought in the UK on this website via mail with valid identification within 14 days of your order date. Exchange or a credit note will only be issued to products that are not personalised. Defected items can be returned for a replacement or exchange but you must inform us of this by email with in 3 days of delivery.

Ceretain products are available exclusively online throughthe website. These products may be subject to different returns policy which shall be indicated where applicable.

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original order are not refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To meet the exchange/credit note deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your excerise of right to return before the caancellation period has expired. Please note personalised goods are exempt from this legalisation.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay in any event no later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your concern from this contract to us.You agree to bear the cost of the returning the goods.

We do not offer cash refunds on personalised items. If you would like to return any other item you must go through the returns process as stated above where you can acquire an RMA otherwise your return will not be accepted.
