What is your current turn around time?
Prsonalised orders can take up to 7-10 working days excluding postage. During seasonal periods and larger orders can take up to 21 WORKING DAYS to be dispatched
Postage
We use Evri standard as this is the cheapest and we've found most reliable option for our customers. Postage is calculated by the weight of your order. if in any case your parcle has been lost with Evri we will contact them to start an internal investigation. Once this is completed we can then proceed with a replacement of your order.
Collection
Collection is offered free of charge. We offer one weekly collection from WN8 6AF on Wednesdays 10:30-12:30 only (subject to change, please check our socials for any updates).

I made a spelling mistake on my order what can I do?
If you have already placed your order and then realised youve made a spelling mistake we are largely unable to ammend this. However to avoid dissapointment please ensure all spelling is corect before cheecking out. Please be aware as part of our policy it is your responsibility to provide the correct information when ordering.
